This mid century modern building is located in the robust Central West End in the City of St Louis. The redevelopment saved a 1957 modernist structure by world famous architect Gyo Obata. This is a commercial and residential development. On the 1st floor are two tenants: Enterprise Bank and Apex Physical Therapy. Above are 14 apartments all designed in “mid century modern” per the origin of this building. Schlafly Corporation teamed with the bank as part of this development.
