David Schlafly began his career as a commercial real estate broker in 1987 and established Schlafly Corporation in 1994.
His keen insight and knowledge of the real estate market have earned him a solid reputation for conventional broker services and as a developer of properties in the St. Louis metro area and across the United States.
David infuses his appreciation of art and architecture into his redevelopment property transformations. A unique approach that has become a signature for his firm, and sought after by those pursuing an environment that inspires creativity.
David Schlafly serves as Chairman on the boards of Laumeier Sculpture Park and the Creve Coeur Economic Commission. He is also a member of the City of Ladue Zoning Board of Adjustments and the St. Louis Economic Partnership, and was named the 2014 Maplewood Businessman of the Year.

August Schlafly honed his business and client development skills in the IT field prior to joining the Schlafly Corporation in January 2014.
August specializes in office leasing, tenant representation and investment sales, and in his first year with the firm has successfully closed an industrial sale, signed two retail leases and secured a multi-million dollar commercial listing.
August is active in the community and has served on the board of KDHX public radio since April 2014.

John Wright is a Wash U. grad and former Captain in the United States Air Force. He developed his overall business skills with more than three decades of senior level management at transportation equipment companies.
John specializes in commercial vehicle sale and service facilities. He has a keen interest in and understanding of both smaller and larger distribution centers, warehouses, and the ideas, thinking, and logistics behind these various facilities.
With more products needing to be at just the right place at just the right time, John believes disruption in the “Final Mile” will create numerous opportunities as far as the re-using, re-purposing, and re-imaging of distribution.
John is excited about combining his knowledge and past experience with Schlafly’s creativity and innovative approach to development.
